Welcome To Linux Tips From a Noob

The site has just been launched! I'm pretty new to the linux world (Ubuntu more specifically) so I know how hard it can be sometimes to find answers to any problems you may be having. There are many Linux tutorials out there but often times they can be really confusing for a beginner, so here I am attempting to make things easier. Again, I'm new to Linux as well so I don't claim to be an expert. All i'm doing is sharing what I have found to work for me. I don't plan on regurgitating all the tutorials from other sites either. I'm probably going to focus more on specific things that I find neat or helpful. If you feel like reading a little more you can check out my about page.
So far I only have one tutorial posted. Its on how to get your xbox 360 controllers to work as a joystick. Pretty neat I know. You should go check it out if you happen to have some of those laying around.
I'm also using this website to teach myself php. I'm pretty proud of myself because I've gotten quite a few things to work already, such as this little blog thing I got goin. I've also made myself a little log in script, but you can ignore that for now because theres no reason to register or log in. I'm planning on adding the ability to leave comments so hopefully I can put that log in system to good use later. Thats it for now. I would say leave me a message and tell me what you think, but so far there is no way for you to do that haha.
